  • The customer changes their mind after the service has been completed.

  • Damage occurs due to customer‑provided materials, faulty products, or misuse after installation.

  • The issue is caused by pre‑existing conditions in the home (e.g., weak walls, electrical issues).

3. Deposits and Cancellation Fees

  • Some services may require a deposit to secure an appointment.

  • Deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Same‑day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover lost time and travel.

4. Rework and Corrections

Before issuing a refund, we may offer:

  • A free correction or adjustment

  • A follow‑up visit to resolve the issue

  • Additional support to ensure the installation meets expectations

We prioritize fixing the problem whenever possible.
